Responsibilities of the SAP Support Analyst Role

• Provide SAP Functional and technical expertise in TM Advanced and Embedded Solution
• Design and deploy integrated end-to-end solutions and collaborate with IT delivery team to ensure an effective design and implementation of solutions
• Contribute to end-to-end design workshops, provide knowledge of best practices.
• Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements and workflow (RICEFW)
• Complete system configurations for 2020 TM solution
• Provide status updates and other documents to for support and enhancements

What you bring to the table

8+ years experience with SAP TM
6+ years experience with S/4HANA
Familiarity of various areas of TM including: Outbound and Inbound delivery processing, shipment handling, freight planning, optimisation and integration etc
Experience of integrating SAP TM
SAP ABAP debugging experience
Minimum 2 completed full life cycle of SAP implementations

PROGRAMME MANAGER

In this highly visible role as the Business Program Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading one of the largest and most transformative programs for our client.
The program involves a multi-year plan to replace the existing SAP R3 platform with the SAP S/4HANA platform. This transition will provide a modern, event-based financial system solution for Corporate Finance, enabling a more streamlined financial reporting process that leverages enhanced reporting and data analytics functionality.

The Business Program Manager Lead will be responsible for the planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation, and reporting of large and complex programs. The incumbent will be accountable for managing and monitoring project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to ensure on-time and quality goals are met within scope and budget. Apply advanced project and program management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

High-Level Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategy for the program team.
Lead the creation of the program management plan.
Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goals.
Identify and understand program objectives.
Manage timelines and deliverables.
Identify and assign program team members.
Identify projects needed to achieve program objectives.
Coordinate interdependent projects that are part of the program.
Communicate with project managers.
Monitor program activities.
Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Resolve problems and delays in the program.
Manage program budget.
Manage resources across all projects within the program.
Help to ensure collaboration among project teams.
Manage program risk and coordinate corrective measures.
Document the program Identify and manage program adherence to standards and governance.
Manage stakeholder communications.
Report on program performance to the executive team and organization leaders.
Ensure that the program is aligned with organizational business goals and objectives.

Identify required human resources to successfully execute the plan and submit to the Program Lead; provide cost estimates.
Interview candidates and onboard as appropriate.
Maintain change requests (changes to existing requirements).
Collate decisions that require business line discussion and decision and escalate to the Program Lead for discussion at steering committees.
Lead regular cross-workstream scrums to ensure alignment on deliverables and dependencies remain in sync.
Identify conflicts in deliverables and delays; make best efforts to resolve issues and escalate to the Program Lead if unable to achieve resolution.
Maintain a matrix reporting relationship with the business sponsor of the program/project and the program manager.
Identify and drive key stakeholder involvement and work with them to elicit scope.
Secure and maintain project resources from a business and technical scope.
Identify, document, assign, track, and facilitate project issues through to resolution.
Confirm achievement of objectives, verify and document project results to formalize acceptance of the product at each phase gate of the project.
Facilitate lessons learned and retain information in a central location for future use.

Qualifications

The ability to travel between New York, Springfield, and Boston is required.
15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and effective change management.
Proficient experience with project management tools including but not limited to Atlassian Jira, Zephyr for Jira, Smartsheets, as well as MS Office Suite (Project, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Certification in Scrum Alliance (CSM/CSPO), Scrum.org (PSM/PSPO/PSD), SAFe Scaled Agilist, PMI-ACP, and PMP is desired but not required.
7+ years managing people/teams through programs with heavy change management efforts.
3-4 years of end-to-end Finance transformation experience, with either SAP or S/4HANA.
Executive presence with the ability to quickly build rapport and cultivate relationships; high level of emotional intelligence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; track record of developing and delivering high-impact presentations; effective public speaking.
Astute business judgment, analytic, creative, and problem-solving skills, with experience applying these skills to acquire and develop strategic partnerships.
Strategically minded, analytical change agent and decision maker with a clear vision and the ability to implement improvement measures impacting a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills.
Knowledge of best practices in GL Accounting, and experience in Accelerated Fiscal Closing, Treasury, Group Reporting, Accounts Payable, Tax Compliance, and Reporting.
Knowledge of statutory, fiscal, and legal requirements.
Bachelor’s degree and/or CFA designation is preferred.

Job Requisition: AI-ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Participate in developing Generative AI & Traditional AI Platform Capabilities on enterprise on-prem and cloud platforms.
Responsible for AI model delivery to on-prem infrastructure and cloud platforms (GCP-Vertex AI, Azure ML)
Collaborating with Data scientist to optimize the scoring pipeline.
Building automation capabilities to deploy ML Models and LLM Models on the enterprise on-prem platform and cloud platform.
Build and Deploy capabilities for automating model scoring/Inferencing of ML models and LLMs.
Build and Deploy capabilities for data pipeline deployment standardization and model consumption by multiple LOBs.
Collaborate with product owners, devOps team, data scientists, support teams to define and drive end to end model scoring pipelines.
Participate in day-to-day standups for platform capability build.
Provide SME guidance for data science teams on software engineering principles, model deployments, platform capabilities.
Drive AI use case delivery end to end collaborating with Data scientists, Data Engineers, LOB Technology using standardized platform processes and capabilities.
Support Production Issues partnering with production support.

Key Requirements:5+ years of Python experience
5+ years of big data experience needed (Big Query, Hadoop)
3 years of experience in AIML area (MLOps)
2+ years of experience in developing APIs using Python/FastAPI.
1+ year of Document AI, Agent Builder/GCP search/conversation / Dialogflow – Nice to have
Good to have 1+year of experience in LLM, Generative AI (developing capabilities or dev/ops)
Good to have Experience in developing of API on GCP/Azure/API Gateways
Good to have 1+year of experience in Vector Database, Model Development would be added benefit.
